Inline Wrappers | Marque : Anderson
The Evolution Xtractor™ meets the highest requirements for wrapping. The maximized hoop size and the reinforced flat platform offer optimal performance with all types of bales. In any circumstance, Anderson guarantees the highest manufacturing quality for durable products.
Advantages
This wrapper is equipped with wheels acting as a hydraulic braking system and a standard large-capacity fuel tank (25 L). For maximum efficiency, work lights allow farmers to continue wrapping into the evening. The quick transition system and bale guide rollers allow switching between round or square bales, or even a double layer of wrapping, in just 2 minutes.
For wrapping two stacked bales, it is recommended to use dry hay instead of silage for better preservation. Anderson is the only manufacturer capable of offering a system of 4 independent tensioners, ensuring better sealing and optimal layer overlap of plastic. Replace your rollers less frequently and increase wrapping speed.
This wrapper will also help prevent punctures by ensuring uniform wrapping of the corners of square bales.
The hydraulic jack leveling system prevents the first bales from slipping and keeps them together to facilitate the start of wrapping your bale.
