Designed for intensive operations, the SIRIUS 140, 180, and 220 combine high capacity, power, and precision. Their design ensures a smooth and continuous feed to the turbine, delivering uniform straw distribution with a throwing distance of up to 25 metres. This range has been developed to maximise productivity while providing consistent, high-quality straw spreading, even in the largest livestock buildings.

Loading
- Hydraulic rear door with 2 push cylinders mounted with clevis fittings
Unravelling – Distribution – Straw Blowing
- 2 mechanically driven unravelling rotors with multi-rib belt drive and automatic belt tensioner, each fitted with 15 large blades suitable for wrapped silage bales
- Ø 1,700 mm turbine equipped with 8 removable blades
- 320 mm wide, partially removable turbine housing made of abrasion-resistant steel (430 HB Brinell hardness, 120 kg steel)
- Turbine inspection hatch
- 2-speed gearbox (distribution: 270 rpm – straw blowing: 540 rpm) with integrated overrunning clutch
- Fixed right-hand side distribution/blowing chute operated by 1 hydraulic cylinder with manually adjustable deflector
- Straw blowing from 0 to 25 m on the right-hand side with round or square bales
Moving Floor
- Ø 12 mm heavy-duty marine chain conveyor for the SIRIUS 140 and Ø 14 mm for the SIRIUS 180 and SIRIUS 220, with removable rectangular tube slats and machined ends®
- Hydraulic gear motor drive with oil bath on the SIRIUS 140, and twin hydraulic gear motors on the SIRIUS 180 and SIRIUS 220, with forward and reverse operation and electric speed control
- Conveyor rotation direction indicator
