The SIRIUS 90 is a high-capacity straw blower designed for farms seeking performance, high output, and versatility. Equipped with two unravelling rotors, a 1,600 mm turbine, and a variable-speed hydraulic moving floor, it ensures efficient bale unravelling, a consistent material flow, and uniform straw spreading. Capable of projecting straw up to 18 metres, the SIRIUS 90 delivers fast, high-quality operation while providing optimum ease of use for everyday work.

Loading
- Hydraulic rear door with 2 push cylinders mounted with clevis fittings
Unravelling – Distribution – Straw Blowing
- 2 mechanically driven unravelling rotors with multi-rib belt drive and automatic belt tensioner, each fitted with 15 large blades suitable for wrapped silage bales
- Ø 1,600 mm turbine equipped with 8 removable blades
- 320 mm wide, partially removable turbine housing made of abrasion-resistant steel (430 HB Brinell hardness, 120 kg steel)
- Turbine inspection hatch
- 2-speed gearbox (distribution: 270 rpm – straw blowing: 540 rpm) with integrated overrunning clutch
- Right-hand side distribution/blowing chute operated by 1 hydraulic cylinder
- Straw blowing from 0 to 18 m on the right-hand side with round or square bales
Moving Floor
- Ø 12 mm heavy-duty marine chain conveyor with removable rectangular tube slats and machined ends®
- Hydraulic gear motor drive with oil bath, forward and reverse operation, and electric speed control
- Conveyor rotation direction indicator

- 300° swivelling single discharge chute with manually adjustable deflector
- Right-hand side distribution/blowing chute with 30° forward and rearward hydraulic deflection (overall width: 2.55 m)
- 60° side chute
- Hydraulic cylinder for chute deflector (side chute or single chute)
- +25 cm extension for single chute (mandatory when fitted with a mixing hopper)
- Hydraulic adjustment of the distribution deflector
Mechanical Drive

Wrapped Bale Distribution
