Silage Loading

  • Rounded silage grapple
  • 2 hydraulic cylinders on the lifting arms

Loosening – Distribution – Bedding

  • 1 mechanically driven loosening rotor with multi-rib belt drive and automatic belt tensioner, fitted with 15 large blades, suitable for wrapped bales
  • Two-retainer chamber
  • Ø 1,600 mm turbine fitted with 8 removable blades
  • 320 mm wide turbine housing made of abrasion-resistant steel (Brinell hardness 430 HB, 120 kg steel)
  • Turbine inspection hatch
  • Two-speed gearbox: 270 rpm for feed distribution – 540 rpm for bedding, with integrated overrunning clutch
  • Single distribution/bedding chute operated by one hydraulic cylinder with manual distribution slide, or right-hand side distribution/bedding chute operated by one hydraulic cylinder
  • Bedding distance from 0 to 18 m on the right-hand side with round bales up to Ø 1.70 m

Moving Floor

  • Heavy-duty Ø 10 mm marine-grade chain conveyor with removable rectangular slats featuring machined ends®
  • Oil-bath hydraulic gear motor drive with forward and reverse operation and electric speed control
  • Conveyor rotation direction indicator

Tractor Requirements

  • 540 rpm PTO
  • 12 V / 3-pin electrical socket for the electric control valve
  • 12 V / 7-pin electrical socket for road lighting (semi-mounted version)
  • 1 single-acting hydraulic spool valve with direct return to the tank
  • Minimum hydraulic flow: 25 L/min

Chutes and Equipment

  • 300° hydraulic swivel single chute kit
  • Distribution/bedding chute with 30° forward and rearward pivot on the right-hand side chute (overall width: 2.55 m)
  • Hydraulic cylinder for the chute deflector (side chute or single chute)

Mechanical Drive

  • Oil-bath multi-disc clutch for the mechanical drive of the loosening rotor

Wrapped Bale Distribution

  • Wrapped silage bale distribution kit (+15 blades and +3 retainers)
  • Set of 15 rotor blades

Hydraulics

  • 5-tooth hydraulic regulating comb
