Featuring a three-teaser rotor system, the OURAGAN 140 and 180 have been engineered to deliver continuous bale processing and outstanding bedding performance. Combined with a 1,600 mm turbine, they ensure a consistent crop flow and project straw up to 18 metres, meeting the demands of modern livestock farms and agricultural contractors.

- Three teaser rotors with replaceable teeth, mechanically driven by multi-rib belts with automatic belt tensioner
- Fixed regulating comb
- Upper two teaser rotors driven by double roller chains
- 1,600 mm diameter turbine fitted with 8 removable blades
- 320 mm wide removable turbine housing manufactured from wear-resistant steel (430 HB Brinell hardness, 120 kg)
- Turbine inspection hatch
- Two-speed gearbox with integrated overrunning clutch (Feeding: 270 rpm – Bedding: 540 rpm)
- Right-hand hydraulic feed/bedding chute operated by one hydraulic cylinder
- Counter knife at chute outlet
- Bedding distance from 0 to 18 m on the right-hand side with either round or square bales
Moving Floor
- Ø12 mm heavy-duty marine-grade chain conveyor with removable rectangular slats featuring machined ends®
- Hydraulic oil-bath gearmotor driving the conveyor floor, forward and reverse operation with electric speed control
