This machine has a unique lowered tank thanks to the recessed wheels between the mixing screws to gain height while maintaining a capacity of 14 to 21m³. Robust, versatile and precise thanks to the 3-point integrated chassis, it has been specially designed for fibre with its flared shape.

MIXING – DISTRIBUTION

  • 2 conical vertical mixing screws equipped with 7 knives and an adjustable scraper.
  • Speed 540/1000 rpm resulting in 22/40 rpm at the screw.
  • Conical hoop with integrated overflow ring in the tank.
  • Fiber hoop.
  • 2nd scraper on each screw.
  • Epicycloidal angle drive reducer with oil bath fully immersed, without greaser, with 4 L charge reservoir.
  • 2 manual vertical counter-knives.
  • Front right tangential discharge hatch or rear left.
  • Front left control ladder (or rear center if front conveyor belt).
  • Self-sharpening tungsten carbide treated knives with anti-breakage support.
  • Tank, rolled, smooth in 2 parts to reduce the number of welds and increase its robustness.
